📋 Description

• Oversee the sales of PWT products and services across a designated North American Territory.

• Approach the Territory as an independent business unit, concentrating on profitable sales expansion and enhancement of gross margins.

• Manage distribution partners as external sales teams, aiming to achieve collective success in the territory by aligning efforts and providing exceptional solutions to the market.

• Establish goals, execute strategies, and formulate action plans to foster long-term sales and margin growth.

• Collaborate with the existing customer base to boost EWP sales, consistently seeking long-term opportunities at the dealer and builder levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's (2-year) degree or higher.

• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in technical sales and marketing of products.

• Must be eligible to work in the US and possess a valid driver's license.
