This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Spearhead the sales of packaging machinery within the South Central Region (covering TX, OK, LA, and Western TN)
• Work in collaboration with engineering and applications teams to provide optimal solutions for customers
• Sustain and enhance existing customer accounts through innovative sales support
• Meet quarterly sales objectives and drive year-over-year growth
• Develop Strategic and Tactical Action Plans that align with the company's values
• Initiate Requests for Quotation (RFQ) with the required application specifications
• Engage in win-win negotiations to maximize customer return on investment (ROI) and machine profit margins
• Keep updated on emerging technologies, market trends, standards, and competitor offerings
• Collaborate with sales teams from other ProMach brands to discover integrated solutions and cross-selling opportunities
• Conduct all activities with the highest standards of ethics and integrity
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field is preferred
• Over 5 years of experience in capital equipment sales
• Experience in packaging automation and/or E-commerce, Automotive, or Pharma sectors is advantageous
• A strong desire and potential to grow into a commercial leadership role
• Must be a self-motivated individual with robust business acumen, exceptional communication, and organizational skills
• Must exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit and a positive attitude
• Proven ability to sell ideas, concepts, and programs effectively
• Demonstrated success in prospecting and developing new accounts, alongside maintaining and renewing existing ones
• Proven capability to translate client needs into tangible solutions
• Experience in defining product/project scope parameters, establishing pricing strategies, and negotiating contracts
• Must be willing to travel at least 75% of the time
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM software is required
