This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a territory strategy aimed at enhancing revenue growth and increasing market presence.
• Discover, engage, and assess new business opportunities within the industrial, manufacturing, logistics, utilities, and aerospace sectors.
• Lead sales processes focused on addressing ergonomic and operational challenges.
• Provide engaging product demonstrations and conduct on-site evaluations.
• Design and oversee pilot programs that validate return on investment (ROI), safety enhancements, and productivity improvements.
• Transition pilot programs into sustainable, large-scale deployments across customer locations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with employees, EHS, operations, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
• Create business cases that quantify impact such as injury reduction, productivity enhancements, and cost savings.
• Negotiate and finalize complex commercial agreements.
• Grow existing accounts by promoting multi-site and enterprise-wide adoption.
• Support and develop regional channel and distribution partners.
• Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM data maintenance.
• Represent SUITX at industry events, trade shows, and customer interactions.
• Work collaboratively across functions with marketing, product, and customer success teams to guarantee successful deployments and customer satisfaction.
• Over 5 years of proven B2B sales experience in industrial, technical, or solution-oriented settings.
• Established capability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in selling to manufacturing, logistics, utilities, EHS, ergonomics, automation, or similar industries.
• Proven track record in new business development and account growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Skillful in translating technical solutions into clear business benefits.
• Self-driven and adept at operating in a remote, territory-based position.
• Willing to travel extensively within the designated region.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
