This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Travel within your designated territory to engage with surgeons, conduct demonstrations and trials, facilitate educational labs, train fellows and residents, drive growth with existing distributors, recruit new agents, and onboard new users.
• Enhance sales and utilization across your territory for KneeAlign, UniAlign, and HipAlign products.
• Deliver primary clinical training and education to customers while sharing and communicating technical product information.
• Collaborate closely with your manager to formulate sales objectives, strategies, and execution plans customized for your region.
• Instruct and mentor users on the effective application of the technology.
• Handle administrative responsibilities, including sales reporting, sales activities, inventory management, instrument set turnovers, and timely submission of expense reports.
• MUST HAVE a minimum of 1 year of sales experience in hip and knee implants, enabling technologies, or capital sales of orthopedic products.
• Comprehensive knowledge of orthopedics, particularly in hip and knee replacements.
• BA/BS degree is preferred.
• Reside within the assigned territory.
• Demonstrated success in increasing sales and acquiring new customers.
• Proficiency in all primary operating room procedures, displaying confidence as a partner and product expert in the operating room.
• Familiarity with territory markets and the healthcare system.
• Strong understanding of the sales process in both hospital and ASC environments, with the capability to engage key decision-makers.
• In-depth knowledge of the orthopedic market, especially in enabling technologies like robotics and navigation.
• Solid grasp of partial, primary, and revision knee/hip replacements.
• Experience and success with VAC and product approval committees.
• Self-motivated individual capable of thriving in an unstructured environment, transitioning between locations.
• Ability to work collaboratively, prioritizing the needs of customers and colleagues over personal interests.
