β’ Lead and nurture a field sales team comprising 4β10 Business Development Managers.
β’ Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to enhance the performance of your region.
β’ Oversee the acquisition, activation, engagement, and profitability of partner restaurants.
β’ Analyze market opportunities and address challenges effectively.
β’ Acquire new restaurants and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
β’ Maximize both revenue and profitability for existing partners.
β’ Monitor and refine marketing efforts for optimal results.
β’ Ensure operational excellence while managing key accounts.
β’ Provide daily leadership and support to your team of 4β8 Business Development Managers.
β’ Conduct regular team meetings and individual coaching sessions.
β’ Assist team members in their professional growth and development.
β’ Engage in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff.
β’ Promote collaboration, innovation, and a positive team culture.
β’ Ensure effective performance management, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.
