This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture professional relationships with essential dealership stakeholders to enhance engagement and deepen the integration of financing programs and supplementary products.

• Relay updates on rate sheet modifications, program enhancements, and other information that will contribute to the success of dealers with the program.

• Create, communicate, and implement F&I program goals and objectives specific to your region.

• Identify, monitor, and report on dealer performance metrics to both internal and external parties.

• Maintain an extensive understanding of OEM products, financing programs, and supplementary products for both Octane and its competitors.

• Educate OEM and dealer partners on the program's value proposition, encompassing technical features and other value-added products.

• Meet established goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Carry out monthly sales activities, including dealer visits, phone calls, and emails.

• Participate in OEM events, dealer events, and industry events as necessary.

• Comply with all company policies and procedures.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in financing consumer products.

• Candidates must reside within their designated region.

• This is a remote position requiring approximately 50% travel.

• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

• Capability to obtain a U.S. Passport and travel throughout North America as required.

• F&I experience or background in the powersports industry is preferred.
