This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Lead and expand sales and business development efforts for AOI and AMI product lines throughout Thailand.
• Actively seek and secure new business opportunities with Top Tier accounts; implement the Nordson Growth Strategy to enhance existing markets and vigorously explore new ones.
• Oversee the distribution network to ensure that annual sales objectives are consistently surpassed; hold partners accountable for maintaining a trajectory of high growth.
• Build and utilize high-level relationships with key decision-makers; foster long-term loyalty through ongoing relationship development.
• Maintain a comprehensive CRM pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts to facilitate steady growth.
• Perform market analysis to develop localized pricing, sales, and marketing strategies that surpass competitors.
• Deliver exceptional support and training to customers and distributors in collaboration with regional and central application and service teams.
• Collect and present management with real-time insights on competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging market opportunities.
• Over 5 years of sales or marketing experience in the SMT, Semiconductor, or Backend sectors; a proven history in Capital Equipment sales is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering (or Marketing with considerable technical expertise).
• Direct experience in managing sales operations within a dynamic manufacturing or technology setting.
• Native-level proficiency in Thai and professional fluency in English is necessary; knowledge of Japanese is advantageous for engaging with the Japanese OEM market in Thailand.
