Regional Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Regional Sales Manager is tasked with promoting and selling Nextech’s solutions to designated physician markets, primarily focusing on practices with one or two doctors.

• This position oversees the entire sales lifecycle, managing client prospects generated from marketing leads, trade shows, inquiries, and referrals.

• The Regional Sales Manager fosters robust customer relationships, provides product demonstrations, and facilitates the transition of new clients to the Client Success Manager for ongoing assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in business development and managing comprehensive sales processes, or substantial experience in a healthcare practice within fields such as plastic surgery or dermatology.

• Excellent relationship management abilities combined with a customer-oriented mindset.

• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.

• Professional demeanor in phone, virtual, and face-to-face meetings.

• Strong listening skills and proficiency in effectively addressing objections.

• Collaborative attitude with a strong capability to work alongside peers, prospects, and clients.

• Positive perspective, personal accountability, adaptability to changing environments, and a focus on solutions.

• Willingness and capability to travel 30-40% for trade shows, practice visits, and offsite meetings.
