This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Surgical Sales Consultants to meet regional sales objectives.

• Provide guidance, development, and inspiration for Surgical Sales Consultants.

• Supervise individual territory management and performance benchmarks.

• Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

• Promote a culture of excellence within the region.

• Administer Company Pricing Guidelines.

• Maintain a results-oriented approach.

• Oversee the Regional Profitability of assigned Domestic Territories.

• Uphold New World Medical’s mission to enhance and preserve vision through innovative solutions that benefit humanity.

• Direct the Surgical Sales Consultant Team in executing commercial strategies for key brands.

• Achieve Regional Sales Targets related to sales performance, activities, meetings, and other reporting and administrative duties.

• Collaborate with other Regional Sales Managers to create and execute commercial execution plans.

• Manage, develop, and lead a team of 5 to 8 direct reports.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.

• At least 4 years of healthcare sales management experience in pharmaceutical specialties, hospitals, or the medical device/diagnostic field is preferred.

• Candidates must reside within the specified region they will oversee.

• Previous sales experience or equivalent expertise in the Ophthalmic Pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry is preferred.

• Proven history of high achievement.

• Experience with product launches is desirable.

• Familiarity with the Medicare population is a plus.

• Previous multi-state management experience is required.

• Willingness to travel overnight up to 50% is necessary.

• Strong understanding of the hospital and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) environment is essential.

• Knowledge of Medicare reimbursement and Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) experience is advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in using CRM systems.

• Experience with vendor credentialing in the medical field is required.
