This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee the sales operations within the designated territory
• Propel business growth in the region to enhance market share at profitable rates
• Provide technical and commercial assistance to distributors in the industrial sector
• Engage with customers in the area to identify and cultivate aftermarket opportunities
• Establish and grow the spare parts business
• Develop and implement strategies to counteract piracy to boost parts sales
• Market NETZSCH products and services to achieve or surpass regional sales revenue targets
• Investigate, evaluate, and suggest new sales partners for the territory
• Conduct necessary training for sales partners’ personnel on products, applications, and policies
• Collaborate on sales calls with partners to strengthen relationships with key clients
• Act as a representative of NETZSCH at trade shows and industry gatherings
• Deliver insights on market trends, strategies for sales growth, and competitive intelligence
• Prior experience in selling industrial equipment, especially pumps
• Strong negotiation abilities
• Proficient in communication, persuasion, strategizing, and collaboration
• Motivated to achieve results
• Capable of developing Regional Strategy Plans
• Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of executing projects punctually
• Competence in engaging in related business and technical discussions
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups
• Valid driver’s license and an up-to-date passport
• Willingness to travel up to 60% as necessary
