• Propel SMB sales through shareholder banks to achieve annual goals
• Oversee a team of 10 SMB Regional Sales Consultants within designated regions
• Cultivate collaboration and relationship management to enhance sales prospects
• Ensure the team is accountable for managing assigned leads within specified response times
• Forge internal and external partnerships to reach objectives
• Contribute insights to Marketing and Product Development
• 7+ years of experience in strategic sales, account management, or business development
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• A demonstrated history of success in a highly competitive, target-driven sales environment
• Knowledge of strategic selling techniques and strong negotiation capabilities
• Familiarity with sales management methodologies, processes, and reporting standards
• Proficient in constructively addressing people and issues
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across the organization and various partners
