This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drive profitable sales growth within a designated geographic area and/or market segment by targeting OEMs and end-users to create demand for DSG-Canusa and Shawflex products.
• Conduct visits to customers, meetings, and technical presentations aimed at specifying engineers to influence their product selection and specifications.
• Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to coordinate regional sales activities, aiding in targeting and execution efforts.
• Develop, manage, and implement an effective channel and distribution strategy, which includes distributor training, joint customer visits, and support for the established network of sales representatives.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, distributors, agents, and other key stakeholders through consistent in-person engagement, supplemented by phone and email communication.
• Create and implement regional sales plans that align with sales, bookings, margin, and budget goals.
• Maintain a robust market presence by participating in industry committees, attending trade shows and industry events, and networking within the region.
• Keep accurate customer profiles, contact records, and activity reports, including monthly reports and updates on visits/status.
• Support marketing and strategic initiatives by participating in regional trade shows and collaborating with product managers to share market intelligence, competitive insights, industry trends, and new product opportunities.
• A minimum of 3+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in heat-shrinkable tubing, wire and cable, or a related technical or industrial market.
• Demonstrated experience in technical selling and channel management concepts.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong capability to manage complex sales opportunities from qualification to quotation and order fulfillment.
• Sound judgment in pricing, margin management, and commercial decision-making within established approval frameworks.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently, up to approximately 50% of the time.
