This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Achieve or exceed your Annual Sales Target. ($1 million USD+)
• Identify, cultivate, and secure new enterprise sales opportunities.
• Propel sales growth by effectively managing relationships with enterprise customers and partners.
• Navigate intricate sales processes through customer-centric selling and MEDDPICC methodologies.
• Work in close collaboration with business development, presales, marketing, and sales teams.
• Keep a precise and comprehensive pipeline and forecast of business opportunities in Salesforce.com.
• Create account strategies for your key clients to retain and enhance existing revenue and renewals.
• Minimum of 3 years of consultative sales experience.
• Preferred background in database/data management sales.
• Proven history of achieving or exceeding annual sales quotas of $1 million USD.
• Sales-oriented professional focused on new and expansion business, demonstrating persistence, tenacity, and self-discipline.
• Established capability to manage significant enterprise opportunities while also closing transactional/renewal business.
• Strong sales acumen to navigate complex sales cycles effectively.
• Results-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills across all levels.
• Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for business within South Korea, with up to 20% travel expected across the APAC region.
• Experience thriving in a remote-first, fast-paced work environment.
• Fluency in Korean and English, both verbal and written.
