• Oversee all facets of sales and market expansion for KSB's slurry and non-slurry product offerings
• Generate service opportunities and work in partnership with KSB Supreme SERV teams
• Manage and enhance the existing network of sales representatives within the region
• Formulate regional sales strategies and objectives aligned with corporate strategies/goals
• Ensure the sales representative network is effective and motivated
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Business or Engineering
• At least five years of experience in capital goods sales, preferably within the slurry pumping sector
• Familiarity with mining and utility markets
• Experience with slurry pumps and fluid handling
• Knowledge or experience in selling through representatives and distributors
