This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Oversee all facets of sales and market expansion for KSB's slurry and non-slurry product offerings
β’ Generate service opportunities and work in partnership with KSB Supreme SERV teams
β’ Manage and enhance the existing network of sales representatives within the region
β’ Formulate regional sales strategies and objectives aligned with corporate strategies/goals
β’ Ensure the sales representative network is effective and motivated
β’ Bachelor of Science Degree in Business or Engineering
β’ At least five years of experience in capital goods sales, preferably within the slurry pumping sector
β’ Familiarity with mining and utility markets
β’ Experience with slurry pumps and fluid handling
β’ Knowledge or experience in selling through representatives and distributors
