This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Guide the Regional Sales Team to meet their sales objectives.
• Support the strategic initiatives of the company aimed at future growth and profitability.
• Oversee sales team expenses in accordance with the expense policy guidelines.
• Manage annual sales targets for each member of the territory sales team while aligning with the compensation plan.
• Organize, prepare, and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for the region, presenting performance metrics against quotas and budgets, pipeline health, win/loss statistics, key account trends, and forward-looking action plans to senior leadership; ensure documentation and tracking of commitments and action items from each review until completion.
• Develop and relay comprehensive insights regarding market demands and consistently provide input for product enhancements.
• Observe competitive offerings to ensure effective strategies are employed for competitive selling within the region.
• Continuously provide feedback to the Regional team and internal partners for revenue enhancement and process optimization.
• Uphold the Company’s values and ethical business practices, while also maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Complex Rehab Sales Management.
• Proven expertise in coaching and developing sales professionals, as well as managing team performance, including formal performance improvement processes.
• Capability to lift and manage wheelchairs and assist with the setup of trade shows and exhibition stands.
• Must be able to lift, handle, load, and unload all products.
• Must meet all physical requirements necessary to perform essential job functions.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and other corporate requirements and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Execute all responsibilities in a manner that aligns with, demonstrates, and promotes the Company’s values.
• Arrive to work as scheduled, punctually, and be prepared to work the entire schedule.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
