This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Design and execute detailed sales strategies aimed at fostering growth within the foodservice sector.
• Recognize and leverage opportunities to enhance the company's footprint in the foodservice market.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with essential customers, distributors, and industry collaborators.
• Perform market research and analysis to uncover trends, assess the competitive landscape, and identify growth avenues.
• Propel revenue growth and profitability by reaching sales objectives while managing operational costs.
• Work in tandem with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure sales strategies align with overall business goals.
• Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management review.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in foodservice sales within the CPG industry, with a proven history of meeting sales objectives.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to evaluate market trends and devise effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
