This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identifying new business opportunities and leads, which may involve, but are not limited to: Engaging with prospects within a specified sales territory to effectively communicate ISCO’s value-added services;
• Documenting new prospects and sales activities in the ISCO CRM;
• Representing ISCO at industry, trade, or professional associations to foster and promote positive relationships;
• Researching solutions (using available sales tools) to address the needs of prospects and customers;
• Articulating the value of ISCO products and services through interactions with various prospects and project stakeholders;
• Developing accounts and nurturing customer relationships, which may include, but are not limited to: Forming alliances and partnerships with customers to optimize revenue opportunities, enhancing customer satisfaction, and cultivating positive business relations;
• Communicating the value of ISCO products and services through diverse interactions;
• Traveling within the sales territory;
• Preparing market analyses and monthly sales expense reports for management;
• Coordinating all sales efforts, including preparation for and direct interactions with prospects, and collaborating effectively with the inside sales team. Such activities may encompass, but are not limited to: conducting research and preparing presentations/reports for sales meetings;
• Making decisions and negotiating pricing for various sales initiatives;
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales.
• A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
