Regional Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold account and territory strategies to meet sales goals

• Build connections with physicians and key stakeholders in hospitals

• Provide insights and recommendations to the team

• Leverage customer/account management systems effectively

• Submit timely activity summaries and business evaluations

• Support trade show displays and presentations

• Stay informed about all accreditation standards

• Oversee the hospital product approval process

• Aid in the training of surgeons and hospital personnel

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of sales experience, ideally in orthopedic or medical device sales

• At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related discipline

• Capability to 'concept' sell innovative products

• Proven success in a start-up setting and/or launching new products

• Proficient in customer and account profiling

• A history of consistently surpassing sales targets and leading team performance

• Strong professional references that demonstrate respect from former supervisors and top-tier clients

• An entrepreneurial mindset, high initiative, and a self-directed approach
