Regional Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Leading the sales teams to achieve sales objectives

• Recruiting and training team members

• Establishing quotas

• Assessing and optimizing performance

• Creating processes that enhance sales

• Providing support to ASMs across North America, along with channel partners and manufacturer's representatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in manufacturing rotating equipment

• Proven track record as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or surpassing targets

• Ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels

• Established capability to drive the sales process from planning through to closing

• Strong business acumen and industry knowledge

• Exceptional mentoring, coaching, and people management skills

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field such as Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Distribution

• Dedication to ongoing education through workshops, seminars, and conferences

• Must be a self-starter

• Demonstrated sales record (10+ years) with a high level of achievement

• Experience in solutions selling for centrifugal pumps

• Strong analytical skills, excellent presentation abilities, and capacity to interact at all organizational levels

• Ability to self-motivate, multitask, and work independently or as part of a team

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Well-developed interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
