This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Enhance disease awareness in collaboration with key partners.
• Work together on prior authorization processes and patient referrals.
• Oversee the sales budget and drive sales growth throughout the territory.
• Build and expand sales and customer networks.
• Strengthen relationships with partners and local communities.
• Execute compliant and medically relevant initiatives.
• Ensure coverage and visit all clients within the designated area.
• Manage accounts for all business-related functions.
• Organize and lead meetings and events.
• Develop and present action plans to meet sales targets.
• Plan and monitor account performance metrics.
• Maintain a continuous awareness of market developments.
• Coordinate training sessions and product presentations.
• Identify and pursue new account opportunities.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Valid driving license – category B.
• Preferred experience in sales account management.
• Background in the Health Care Industry, specifically in eye care pharmaceuticals or medical devices is advantageous.
• Ability to learn technical information swiftly and effectively.
• High-energy individual, proactive self-starter, and collaborative team player.
• Results-driven with a strong commitment to achieving goals.
