• Spearhead initiatives to establish primary vendor agreements (PVAs) and nurture robust relationships with key clientele.
• Provide proactive leadership to sales and operations teams within the designated region.
• Guide and mentor Team Schein Members (TSMs), including Field Sales Consultants (FSCs) and other regional staff, promoting career growth and high performance.
• Partner with senior leadership to execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
• Cultivate and sustain strong connections with key customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Supervise the region's financial performance, managing profit and loss (P&L) statements and ensuring alignment with corporate profitability objectives.
• Lead recruitment efforts for sales and operations personnel, including responsibilities for training and onboarding.
• Serve as the primary liaison between corporate leadership and regional teams.
• Implement national and regional marketing strategies to drive growth.
• Engage in significant corporate projects and initiatives as assigned, including participation in regional and national conventions, customer events, and company meetings.
• Generally, 10 or more years of escalating responsibility and complexity in relevant professional experience; at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to analyze financial data and execute strategies to enhance profitability.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of presenting to board-level executives and clients.
• Proficient in strategic planning, project management, and operational efficiency.
• Knowledgeable about healthcare and dental industry practices, including NDSOs, CHCs, and private practices, as well as ERP systems, pricing models, and supply chain management.
• Typically holds a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related field. A Master's degree or global equivalent is a plus.
