Regional Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Travel to meet with representatives in the assigned area for training sessions, meetings, events, and overall relationship enhancement.

• Engage in the organization of on-site and external customer visits as well as representative training within the specified sales region.

• Attend customer dinners, product training sessions, and various events, which may require availability during evenings and weekends.

• Provide assistance to other Regional Managers as necessary during customer interactions.

• Formulate and execute strategic plans and initiatives aimed at improving the performance and effectiveness of assigned representatives.

• Establish, communicate, and oversee sales objectives with assigned representatives.

• Assess the performance of assigned representatives, offering feedback and addressing any performance issues.

• Participate in the assessment, selection, and onboarding process for new representatives.

• Relay insights to relevant business units regarding market and product opportunities.

• Stay informed about competitors' products, pricing, promotions, and market placement.

• Take part in and support marketing initiatives to promote products and develop value-added services.

• Collaborate with the sales support team as necessary.

• Confidently deliver captivating in-person presentations to both internal and external audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-8 years of pertinent work experience.

• At least 4 years of experience in the HVAC industry or other technical domains.

• Capability to deliver technical and non-technical presentations to large groups.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
