This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Accountable for the growth and oversight of the assigned sales territory.
• Act as the main liaison and relationship manager between the designated representatives and the organization.
• Travel to meet with representatives within the assigned area for training sessions, meetings, and relationship enhancement.
• Engage in customer dinners, product training sessions, and various events.
• Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to enhance the performance of the assigned representatives.
• Assess and manage sales objectives with the assigned representatives.
• Provide insights to relevant business units regarding market trends and product opportunities.
• 6-8 years of pertinent professional experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in the HVAC sector or other technical domains.
• Proficient in delivering both technical and non-technical presentations to large audiences.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to travel more than 25% of the time.
