This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a regional sales strategy that aligns with the strategic goals of the EU Condition Monitoring and Alignment commercial leadership team.

• Execute a market entry strategy that ensures consistent, long-term revenue growth and an increase in market share.

• Achieve growth through direct sales efforts with key account customers. Build and sustain strong relationships with essential clients, recognizing their needs and providing exceptional service.

• Leverage Fortive Business System tools to make funnel management a core practice within the commercial team, enhancing pipeline and conversion rates by effectively managing leads and opportunities through the sales funnel to closure.

• Create and implement strategic account plans that drive revenue growth and fulfill sales objectives.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Field Application Engineers, marketing, and finance, to synchronize strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

• Examine market trends and competitor actions to pinpoint opportunities and threats, delivering valuable insights for strategic decision-making.

• Conduct regular business reviews with customers to evaluate performance, address issues, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

• Foster customer engagement throughout the region by utilizing voice of customer feedback.

• Lead change through a process-oriented and metrics-driven approach.

• If needed, produce Problem Solving Reports to tackle variances and implement countermeasures.

• Provide regular reports against established objectives to the Manager.

• Consistently ensure accuracy in monthly and quarterly bookings and revenue forecasts.

• Apply value-selling methodologies and tools effectively.

• Develop competitor strategies to enhance market share within key vertical markets.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or electrical/computer engineering, with a minimum of 8 years of sales experience.

• Proven ability to successfully balance short-term objectives (quarterly orders/sales targets, expense management, etc.) with long-term strategic goals.

• Experience in selling to Enterprise accounts and in a competitive sales environment.

• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a track record of structuring profitable sales proposals and contracts.

• Proactive mindset with a strong results orientation; readiness to critically evaluate stretch goals and initiatives to achieve breakthrough results.

• Excellent executive communication skills and presence.

• Demonstrated high energy and initiative in taking ownership of business growth.

• Expertise in the test and measurement industry, condition monitoring, alignment, or a related field.

• Advanced skills in CRM/funnel management.
