Regional Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Propel sales growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities for Materials Handling equipment, systems, and solutions throughout the U.S. territory.

• Establish and uphold a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue and order intake objectives.

• Generate new business while enhancing relationships with existing clients across various industries.

• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, presentations, and solution discussions to comprehend needs and deliver proposals focused on value.

• Keep an eye on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to uncover growth opportunities and provide market insights.

• Prepare and assist in technical and commercial proposals in partnership with Engineering, Pricing, and Project Delivery teams.

• Ensure accurate tracking, forecasting, and reporting of opportunities within the CRM system.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Service, Aftermarket, and Project teams to guarantee successful development and execution of solutions.

• Assist marketing and business development efforts, including trade shows, industry events, distributor relationships, and customer engagement activities.

• Foster a culture of safety, integrity, customer focus, and continuous improvement while acting as a professional representative for the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• A tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.

• Proven experience in technical or industrial sales, business development, or account management within materials handling, automation, capital equipment, or similar sectors.

• A strong grasp of solution-based selling and the complexities of customer decision-making processes.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales methodologies.
