This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Accountable for the execution of a robust marketing and sales strategy alongside the effective management of the sales team.
• Offers guidance to the sales personnel by recognizing, developing, implementing, and assessing programs and initiatives that enhance sales and profitability.
• Create, convey, and execute the sales plan tailored to the specific market.
• Cultivate effective business development managers through coaching and training initiatives.
• Achieve or surpass departmental sales targets as outlined in the profit plan.
• Keep dealer development representatives updated on marketing insights, rate adjustments, and program modifications.
• Maintain positive relationships with dealers.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience overseeing a sales team.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling and developing prime loan and lease volume.
• Demonstrated, quantifiable success in enhancing sales force effectiveness.
• Strong skills in negotiation, leadership, organization, customer service, training, and interpersonal communication.
• Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.).
