This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead revenue generation and market expansion initiatives throughout Minnesota, consistently achieving or surpassing monthly and annual sales objectives.
• Take full ownership of the sales process, overseeing everything from prospecting and pipeline development to contract negotiation and closure, including direct sales, upsells, group deals, and partner sales.
• Create and implement a regional business strategy based on data analysis, local market insights, and strong relationships with dealerships.
• Actively engage with dealership decision-makers through multiple in-person visits and conduct qualified meetings daily to identify opportunities and present customized Dynatron solutions.
• Uphold a disciplined approach to pipeline management utilizing SugarCRM, ensuring that all activities, opportunities, and communications are thoroughly documented.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Enablement to synchronize strategies, share insights, and implement go-to-market initiatives. Participate in weekly team huddles, sales meetings, and ongoing Allego training sessions to continually enhance your skills.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive fixed operations, with a solid understanding of dealership service departments.
• Proven track record of success in territory sales, business development, or regional leadership roles.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with dealership leaders and influence their purchasing decisions.
• Proficient in managing a high-volume, field-based sales rhythm, which includes prospecting, presentations, and closing deals.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably SugarCRM) and sales technology platforms.
• A self-motivated individual with the ambition to meet challenging goals in a fast-paced, remote-first setting.
