This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Drive new revenue by acquiring new clients and enhancing opportunities within current accounts.

• Target manufacturers, OEM machine builders, automation integrators, and material handling distributors in the designated territory.

• Establish and sustain a robust pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and territory expansion.

• Cultivate relationships with engineering, operations, purchasing leaders, and material handling specialists within customer organizations.

• Recognize production and material handling challenges and propose consultative conveyor solutions that enhance manufacturing efficiency.

• Broaden existing accounts by discovering new applications, projects, and departments.

• Oversee opportunities throughout the complete sales cycle from discovery to order placement.

• Collaborate with engineering and internal sales teams to create effective technical solutions.

• Ensure accurate visibility of the pipeline and track activities in CRM.

• Travel across the territory to assist customers and uncover new opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales.

• Proven capability or strong interest in prospecting and nurturing new business.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Proficient in using a consultative selling method to comprehend customer challenges and suggest solutions.

• Genuine interest in manufacturing, automation, and material handling systems.

• Competitive, self-driven, and at ease with outbound outreach.

• Open to coaching, well-organized, and motivated by performance and growth.

• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 60% within the territory.
