This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Attain monthly sales objectives in terms of order volume and gross profit by nurturing both new and existing accounts.
• Enhance daily productivity by mastering the sales, scheduling, and communication tools available through proprietary software.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively communicate the DWC brand to distribution partners.
• Travel to clients to establish and strengthen relationships.
• Develop and uphold a strategic travel itinerary to thoroughly cover the assigned region and key accounts throughout the year.
• Arrange flights, rental vehicles, and travel accommodations promptly, systematically, and cost-effectively.
• Produce comprehensive call reports that generate leads, provide market intelligence, and inform business strategy for the designated region.
• Submit reports on vertical and horizontal growth, new client acquisition, and measures of customer satisfaction.
• Build robust, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within accounts while gaining an in-depth understanding of client organizations.
• Formulate tactical plans aimed at targeting and expanding market reach.
• Demonstrate consistent progress in sales, client visits, prospecting, new project initiatives, and revenue growth from clients.
• Stay updated on current and emerging business trends.
• Serve as a liaison for significant customer issues, when necessary, to maintain customer relationships.
• Utilize existing relationships at the local and regional customer levels to help drive additional revenue.
• Track and report on actions and strategies in relation to established plans.
• Analyze customer accounts for potential opportunities and sales tactics.
• Work with Account Managers on high-level market penetration strategies and their implementation.
• Promote company culture through exemplary leadership behavior.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Demonstrated history of progressive and successful sales experience.
• A proactive self-starter with a proven ability to operate independently and collaboratively within teams.
• Effective communicator at all levels, capable of engaging in high-level customer interactions across various segments.
• Proven skills in negotiation and closing deals.
• Strong time management and project management capabilities.
• Established organizational and proactive planning abilities.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Highly developed multitasking abilities with a proven capacity to work under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Demonstrated innovative and forward-thinking approach, understanding client needs and the complexities of our business processes and technologies.
• Capability to foster both internal and external relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as business or communication is preferred.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, with a preference for experience in the electrical wire and cable sector.
