This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• You will oversee a sales team in the Southeast Region to achieve national business objectives.
• Promote the adoption and utilization of Dexcom CGM products and services within Primary and Secondary Care.
• Lead, coach, and develop a sales team to ensure sales excellence in the Southeast Region.
• Collaborate with a diverse array of NHS stakeholders and work closely with internal teams, including Market Access and Medical Affairs.
• Provide strategic solutions to support continuous business growth.
• Be proficient in sales analytics and all facets of CRM data to monitor performance and identify key business opportunities.
• A proven leader.
• A verifiable track record of sales experience and leadership in the UK healthcare sector.
• A strong drive for achieving results.
• Exceptional sales achievements at both regional and individual levels.
• A coach and mentor.
• Preferably 3+ years of experience in people management.
• An ability to think big!
• A demonstrated history of sales innovation and NHS pathway development.
• An ability to influence and guide effectively.
• A clear understanding of matrix working and the mobilization of business resources.
• Familiarity with NHS procurement pathways and experience in NHS system-level partnership engagement.
• Knowledge of the UK diabetes marketplace is preferred.
