This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for the territory to meet unit sales, revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Generate leads and proactively seek out new business opportunities across Ontario.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with municipal, government, transit, paratransit, healthcare, and commercial transportation clients.
• Manage and enhance a solid sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and customer engagement activities.
• Conduct meetings with customers, deliver product demonstrations, make presentations, and perform site visits.
• Identify customer needs and propose solutions that align with operational requirements and budgetary goals.
• Respond to tenders, RFPs, and procurement opportunities within the municipal and public-sector arenas.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle, which includes lead qualification, quoting, negotiation, order processing, and delivery coordination.
• Prepare precise quotations and proposals utilizing established pricing and quoting tools.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Customer Care, and Sales Support teams to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain precise forecasts, opportunity pipelines, customer records, and sales activities within Salesforce or a similar CRM system.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer requirements to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Attend industry trade shows, conferences, networking events, and customer functions to promote Crestline products and services.
• Meet customer satisfaction objectives and cultivate enduring customer relationships.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, territory updates, and market insights to leadership.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in selling capital equipment or complex B2B solutions.
• Experience in selling to municipalities, government organizations, transit agencies, healthcare institutions, or public-sector clients is a significant advantage.
• Proven success in business development, prospecting, and expanding territories.
• A demonstrated history of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will also be considered.
