This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Develop and implement a sales strategy aimed at retaining, growing, and increasing revenue in collaboration with the President and Senior Leadership Team.
• Identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities while building and maintaining a robust and active sales pipeline.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, which includes prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
• Enhance and expand relationships with current clients to drive retention rates.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Administration to synchronize go-to-market strategies and ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
• Offer market insights and engage in product development, pricing strategies, and service enhancements.
• Evaluate sales performance, pipeline activities, and account data to guide strategy and revenue forecasting.
• Represent CMC at industry conferences, events, and client meetings to boost brand visibility and generate leads.
• Ensure consistent communication of CMC’s value proposition and brand positioning in all interactions with clients and prospects.
• Directly contribute to meeting and surpassing revenue targets.
• Capability to work remotely, preferably residing in the Midwest or Southeast region.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to client locations and industry events as necessary.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the healthcare sector, health systems, or revenue cycle management.
• Strong comprehension of the healthcare revenue cycle and associated industry dynamics.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans that meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities (both verbal and written).
• Experience in managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot is preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence decision-makers and work collaboratively across functions.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• A well-established network of contacts within the healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
