Regional Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the sales of Dealer.com products to franchise car dealerships.

• Generate and enhance sales revenue while increasing the customer base within a specific territory.

• Provide innovative solutions to assist dealers in achieving their business goals.

• Share insights on Dealer.com products with internal teams regarding significant dealer business challenges.

• Emphasize the value of existing Dealer.com and Cox Auto products, serving as the main point of contact for Dealer.com.

• Establish trusted relationships with key decision-makers at the dealership, including Dealer Principals, Controllers, and General Managers.

• Frequent travel within designated sales territories (70% or more).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field along with 6 years of experience in a related area.

• Safe drivers required; a valid driver’s license is mandatory.

• Over 5 years of experience in software, advertising, or automotive software sales, including familiarity with comparable dealership software packages (CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, DealerSocket, etc.) and finance software (RouteOne and others).

• Strong understanding of the automotive industry, particularly automotive dealerships, and the F&I process.

• Excellent database management and customer service abilities, along with strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
