This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing growth, profitability, and market share throughout the Great Lakes region.
• Guide and assist District Sales Managers by providing consistent coaching, customer engagement, pricing assistance, and market development.
• Contribute to significant opportunities, pricing strategies, and project management efforts to optimize regional performance.
• Foster relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and key clients while providing support to teams in navigating complex customer scenarios.
• Collaborate with estimating, engineering, operations, and sales excellence teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Spend time in the field alongside District Sales Managers to promote strategy, customer engagement, and effective sales execution.
• Cultivate a strong regional culture while coaching and nurturing high-performing talent.
• Act as a collaborative, hands-on leader ready to engage and support the business wherever necessary.
• 8–10+ years of sales experience in pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) sector.
• A minimum of 3 years of preferred sales leadership experience.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and develop sales teams across extensive territories.
• Strong business acumen with a background in supporting pricing strategies and managing complex project opportunities.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Proficient in managing customer escalations and supporting key strategic accounts.
• A collaborative leadership approach with a strong cultural fit and long-term vision.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40–50%, including occasional overnight stays within the territory.
