This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing growth, profitability, and market share throughout the Great Lakes region.
• Guide and assist District Sales Managers through consistent coaching, customer interactions, pricing support, and market development efforts.
• Facilitate key opportunities, pricing strategies, and project management initiatives to optimize regional performance.
• Foster relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and key customers while aiding teams in navigating complex customer situations.
• Collaborate with estimating, engineering, operations, and sales excellence teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Spend time in the field alongside District Sales Managers to drive strategy, customer engagement, and sales initiatives.
• Cultivate a robust regional culture while mentoring and developing high-performing talent.
• Act as a collaborative, hands-on leader, ready to engage and support the business as needed.
• 8–10+ years of sales experience in the pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) sector.
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience in sales leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and cultivate sales teams across extensive territories.
• Strong business acumen with a background in supporting pricing strategies and complex project opportunities.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication capabilities.
• Proficient in managing customer escalations and supporting key strategic accounts.
• Collaborative leadership approach with a strong cultural fit and long-term perspective.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40–50%, including periodic overnight stays within the territory.
