This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Implement the CELSIUS® On-Premise strategy within the designated region.
• Lead the team in expanding the account base and driving On-Premise activations.
• Leverage CRM to monitor field execution, identify opportunities, and assess performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with our distributor partners through route rides, blitzes, and key account meetings.
• Relay ongoing sales, marketing, and execution opportunities.
• Assist the Sr. Director On-Premise with field initiatives and provide market feedback.
• Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs and engage in performance planning calls.
• Experience: 3-5 years in consumer goods sales, preferably in the beverage industry or distributor sales, with familiarity in both DSD and Broad Line distribution.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in leading small teams of sales personnel, establishing the selling agenda, offering guidance, feedback, and fostering the overall development of the sales team.
• Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid U.S. Driver’s License and a clean MVR screening.
