This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +13 more states.
• Enhance sales by increasing penetration within current accounts.
• Comprehend customer agreements and ensure all program commitments are fulfilled, including marketing initiatives, rebates, training, etc.
• Accountable for achieving or surpassing assigned strategic goals and sales targets for both strategic and territorial clients.
• Facilitate customer discussions using business-level insights to establish value, generate demand, identify pain points, and address concerns.
• Drive, develop, and monitor the sales pipeline using Microsoft Dynamics through manufacturer representative groups, buying groups, and distribution representatives.
• Collaborate with key accounts on forecasting, fill-rate expectations, and inventory management.
• Cultivate robust relationships that extend deeply and broadly across all key account organizations.
• Present and advocate for value to key decision-makers within all major accounts.
• Negotiate customer-specific and core product initiatives.
• Provide accurate responses to inquiries regarding products and their applications.
• Introduce new product innovations to broaden the product portfolio at key accounts.
• Exhibit exceptional customer service to foster relationships and guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Implement pricing strategies across all assigned accounts.
• Communicate and collaborate productively with all departments.
• Mentor and develop talent to effectively position the Kishigo brand and its value with Sales Agency partners and customers.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
• A bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on business, marketing, or professional selling, is preferred.
• At least 2+ years of industrial sales experience with either a manufacturer or distributor is required.
• Strong business acumen in accounting, P&L, margins, forecasting, and performance metrics is essential.
• Must demonstrate excellent planning, organizational, and time management capabilities.
• Familiarity with safety products is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement is necessary.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment with employees, managers, and external contacts are required.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and executive-level oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary.
• Prior experience with a CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) is required.
