• You will consistently advocate for and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users to maximize the benefits of all Axis solutions.
• You will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers.
• You will organize and conduct site visits for product demonstrations, presentations, lunch and learns, and speaking seminars.
• You will collaborate effectively with Axis Communication’s Partners.
• You will suggest appropriate solutions and provide thorough product comparisons.
• You will engage actively in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, webinars, and various promotional sales activities.
• You will utilize Salesforce to oversee your sales activities and reporting.
• You will undertake other related responsibilities as assigned.
• A mindset grounded in integrity.
• Comfort in both giving and receiving feedback in a professional and constructive manner.
• Strong sales skills, with the ability to listen and customize presentations to address customer needs, backed by a responsible independent drive.
• Capability to effectively motivate in a time-sensitive setting.

• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Technical skills and a learning agility to achieve proficiency in demonstrating all software and technology within the Axis portfolio.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Over 5 years in a sales-driven role.
• A solid technical background.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Physical requirements: Frequently required to lift 20-50 lbs, and occasionally more.
• Anticipated travel time for this position ranges between 10% and 20%.
