This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Establish and nurture robust, enduring relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
• Grasp customer business requirements and goals to provide customized solutions.
• Formulate and implement a regional business strategy aimed at surpassing sales objectives.
• Actively seek out and engage new business prospects within the designated region.
• Organize and carry out site visits, technical product demonstrations, presentations, and educational events to highlight Axis solutions.
• Advocate for the advantages of Axis solutions to integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users.
• Collaborate closely with Technology Partners to deliver tailored solutions.
• Participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, webinars, and various promotional sales initiatives.
• Remain informed about industry developments, engage in educational events, and share insights internally.
• Compile sales reports detailing new and ongoing projects.
• Utilize CRM systems to provide precise forecasts and reports regarding activities and sales pipelines.
• Demonstrated history of surpassing sales targets with robust selling and negotiation capabilities.
• Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and capable of working independently with a focus on achieving results.
• Skilled at establishing and maintaining strategic relationships at all organizational levels.
• Outstanding multitasking abilities and effective time management in a dynamic environment.
• Resourceful and adaptable to evolving market conditions and customer needs.
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
• A strong sense of urgency to meet goals and deliver outcomes within tight deadlines.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; or equivalent professional experience such as electronic trade training.
• A minimum of 5 years of comprehensive sales experience, with at least 3 years in enterprise sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
