This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee and expand the Industrial OEM client base within the Farm Equipment, Construction Equipment, and EV battery Coatings sectors.
• Maintain and cultivate new client relationships in the Farm Equipment and Construction Equipment segments.
• Foster sustainable relationships at various levels within OEM customers.
• Collaborate with the Technology team and assist the sales team in the development and market implementation of new products.
• Supervise and enhance training and audit schedules for Tier-1 vendors and OEMs.
• Achieve targeted revenue and EBITDA objectives for the region.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Paint Technology, or a postgraduate degree in Chemistry.
• A degree in business management with a focus on marketing is preferred.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in the coatings industry.
• Familiarity with paint formulation and application processes.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience with SalesForce.com and information databases is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
