This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Responsible for enhancing the sales of Videndum products, particularly within broadcast, related segments, and new B2B markets as necessary.

• Assist sales management with projects as needed.

• Establish robust relationships with broadcast and media production clients, as well as relevant channel partners.

• Identify and cultivate new B2B clients for Videndum products and solutions.

• Showcase Videndum products, both operational and technical, to end users and system integrators.

• Meet the specified sales revenue objectives.

• Utilize CRM tools as defined to exhibit your sales capabilities and ensure a sufficient opportunity pipeline to meet targets.

• Create and implement a sales strategy to enhance relationships with key customers within the designated territory and/or accounts in suitable market segments.

• Build and maintain your own network among strategically significant B2B clients.

• Become an expert in products/segments related to broadcast and media production, providing insights to product managers on industry trends, competition, and strategic market changes.

• Support local events and trade shows upon request.

• Lead the tender process, qualify bids and proposals, manage the assembled bid team, and oversee the sales win strategy, including pricing requests.

• Highly driven by results and performance, with a proven history of meeting targets and objectives.

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Strong presentation and communication abilities.

• Capacity to network and build relationships at various levels within a customer account.

• Experience in B2B sales.

• Proficient in MS Office and customer relationship management systems like Salesforce.

• Ability to collaborate directly with end users to influence tenders, working alongside channel partners and system integrators.

• Fluent in English and comfortable operating in an English-speaking environment.

• Knowledge/relationships with existing Videndum routes to market (Nice to Have).

• Understanding of current Videndum brands and product offerings (Nice to Have).

• Experience in manufacturing technical equipment (Nice to Have).

• Proficiency in other languages (Nice to Have).

• Familiarity with the broadcast, media production, and professional video markets (Nice to Have).

• Experience working with or for channel partners or system integrators (Nice to Have).
