Regional Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan for your territory that identifies account opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-up, sales process management, account acquisition, and driving year-over-year growth.

• Manage a portfolio of provider accounts, taking full responsibility for retention, renewal, and revenue enhancement.

• Create and execute growth strategies tailored to individual accounts that align with client objectives and AMC Health capabilities.

• Discover and promote upsell, cross-sell, and new program adoption opportunities.

• Effectively oversee Sales Directors-RHT to meet their territory-specific goals and targets.

• Act as the primary executive-level relationship manager for designated accounts.

• Establish reliable partnerships with clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders.

• Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning meetings.

• Collaborate with state health agencies.

• Coordinate the essential elements for a successful program with other providers, potential partners, and state HHS agencies.

• Spearhead growth strategy, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations in conjunction with sales leadership and customer satisfaction teams.

• Proactively oversee contract timelines, risk management, and expansion pipelines.

• Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility within CRM (HubSpot).

• Transform clinical and operational outcomes into persuasive, data-driven value narratives that support the RHT initiative.

• Partner with Clinical and Analytics teams to showcase ROI, patient outcomes, and program impacts.

• Position AMC Health as a strategic growth partner and trusted advisor rather than just a vendor.

• Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Product, Operations, and Finance to provide seamless client experiences.

• Serve as a senior escalation point to guarantee timely and effective issue resolution.

• Offer customer-specific voice-of-customer insights to guide product development and go-to-market strategies.

• Work closely with an RFP team to craft account-specific responses, leveraging local knowledge and relationships to generate successful bid submissions.

• Supervise additional Sales Directors RHT through employee evaluations, training, regular review sessions, and professional development opportunities.

• Keep abreast of Rural Health Transformation, RPM, digital health, value-based care, and virtual care trends.

• Utilize market insights to discover new growth opportunities and enhance client positioning.

• Participate in company-approved industry meetings, regional events, and conventions.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Over 5 years of experience in Field Sales and comprehensive territory management.

• Experience in strategic account development and execution.

• Familiarity with a high-volume sales model and sales cycle.

• Background in Client Success / Account Management.

• Experience in Provider Growth / Healthcare Partnerships.

• Minimum of 3 years of People Management experience.

• Proven track record in managing and expanding provider relationships.

• Strong experience in complex sales of medical equipment and services, particularly in rural communities.

• Expertise in growth strategy development, expansions, and contract negotiations.

• Ability to navigate complex healthcare organizations.

• Knowledge of CMS billing and CPT codes related to chronic care/RPM.

• Skills in digital media networking.

• In-depth understanding of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), digital health, or virtual care.

• Familiarity with value-based care models and healthcare economics.

• Demonstrated capability to influence without authority in a matrixed setting.

• Strong executive presence, communication, and storytelling abilities.

• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
