This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Create and implement a strategic sales plan for the territory that generates account opportunities through cold calling, follow-up on leads, management of the sales process, account acquisition, and increasing business year-over-year.
• Manage a portfolio of provider accounts, taking full responsibility for retention, renewal, and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to specific accounts that align with client objectives and AMC Health capabilities.
• Identify and promote upsell, cross-sell, and new program adoption opportunities.
• Effectively guide Sales Directors-RHT to achieve their territory goals and objectives.
• Act as the primary executive-level relationship owner for assigned accounts.
• Establish trusted partnerships with clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning sessions.
• Collaborate with state health agencies.
• Coordinate the essential elements of a successful program with other providers, potential partners, and state HHS agencies.
• Spearhead growth strategies, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations in collaboration with sales leadership and customer satisfaction teams.
• Proactively oversee contract timelines, risk management, and expansion pipelines.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility in CRM (HubSpot).
• Convert clinical and operational outcomes into persuasive, data-driven value narratives supporting the RHT initiative.
• Partner with Clinical and Analytics teams to showcase ROI, patient outcomes, and program impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Product, Operations, and Finance to provide seamless client experiences.
• Serve as a senior escalation point to guarantee timely and effective issue resolution.
• Offer customer-specific voice-of-customer insights to guide product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage additional Sales Directors RHT through performance reviews, training and education, regular review sessions, and professional development opportunities.
• Keep updated on trends in Rural Health Transformation, RPM, digital health, value-based care, and virtual care.
• Utilize market insights to discover new growth opportunities and enhance client positioning.
• Participate in company-approved industry meetings, regional events, and conventions.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; 5+ years of experience in Field Sales and overall territory management.
• Expertise in strategic account development and execution.
• Experience in a high-volume sales model and sales cycle.
• Background in Client Success / Account Management.
• Proven experience in Provider Growth / Healthcare Partnerships.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• Demonstrated success in managing and enhancing provider relationships.
• Strong background in complex sales of medical equipment and services (experience with rural communities is preferred).
• Skills in growth strategy development, expansions, and contract negotiations.
• Ability to navigate complex healthcare organizations.
• Familiarity with CMS billing and CPT codes for chronic care/RPM.
• Knowledge in digital media networking.
• Deep understanding of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), digital health, or virtual care.
• Familiarity with value-based care models and healthcare economics.
• Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrixed environment.
• Strong executive presence, communication, and storytelling abilities.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot is preferred).
