This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Achieve and surpass sales objectives for the District.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop representatives to excel in sales performance.
• Provide both strategic and tactical insights to the marketing team.
• Execute the divisional sales and marketing initiatives.
• Apply suitable control measures to evaluate the effectiveness of representative activities in the field.
• Assess performance and modify resources and strategies as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines in all activities.
• Confirm that all representatives receive adequate training.
• Utilize relevant reports for tracking calls, analyzing territories, and managing samples effectively.
• Collaborate regularly with representatives in the field to coach and evaluate their skills.
• Responsible for retail and managed care accounts within the designated district.
• Ensure adherence to applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies while performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience, including at least one cross-training role.
• Experience selling in another channel.
• Proven coaching, leadership, and planning abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A solid understanding of our customers, who expect a certain degree of competency from their business partners.
• Experience in marketing and training is highly advantageous.
• Previous management experience is preferred.
