This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Achieve and surpass sales objectives for the District.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop representatives to exceed their sales targets.
• Provide strategic and tactical insights to the marketing team.
• Execute the divisional sales and marketing initiatives.
• Establish appropriate control measures to monitor the effectiveness of representative activities in the field.
• Evaluate performance and adjust resources and strategies as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines in all activities.
• Guarantee that each representative receives adequate training.
• Use relevant reports for call tracking, territory analysis, and sample management.
• Regularly collaborate with representatives in the field to coach and evaluate their competencies.
• Responsible for managing retail and managed care accounts within the designated district.
• Ensure adherence to applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies while performing other duties as assigned by management.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 2-4 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 1 role involving cross-training.
• Experience in selling through another channel.
• Proven skills in coaching, leadership, and planning.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Understanding of customer expectations and the necessity for competency from business partners.
• Marketing and training experience are strongly preferred.
• Prior management experience is advantageous.
