This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Achieve and surpass sales objectives for the District.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop representatives to surpass sales targets.
• Provide both strategic and tactical insights to the marketing team.
• Execute divisional sales and marketing initiatives.
• Establish control measures to evaluate the effectiveness of representative activities in the field.
• Assess performance and modify resources and strategies as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all corporate guidelines in activities.
• Guarantee that every representative receives adequate training.
• Utilize relevant reports for tracking calls, analyzing territories, and ensuring sample accountability.
• Regularly collaborate with representatives in the field to coach and evaluate their capabilities.
• Responsible for managing retail and managed care accounts within the designated district.
• Ensure adherence to applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of sales experience, including at least 1 role involving cross-training.
• Experience in selling through another channel.
• Proven coaching, leadership, and planning abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• A clear understanding of our customer base.
