This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take a pivotal role in expanding EET Retail's Fleet Card division by driving customer acquisition, enhancing market share, and achieving ambitious volume, revenue, and margin objectives.
• Lead a high-performing sales team, crafting and implementing the growth strategy for the Fleet Card sector.
• Recognize new business opportunities and propel commercial success through a consultative and customer-centric methodology.
• Propel the acquisition of new fleet customers and amplify EET Retail's market footprint.
• Construct and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities and tender applications.
• Cultivate relationships with fleet operators, businesses dealing in commercial vehicles, and corporate clients.
• Achieve volume, revenue, and profitability goals through effective sales techniques.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to uncover growth possibilities.
• Ensure precise sales forecasting, pipeline oversight, and performance reporting.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and encourage early account engagement and utilization.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, fleet services, fuel cards, mobility solutions, or a comparable commercial field.
• Proven capability in leading and inspiring a sales team to meet demanding growth objectives.
• A solid history in new business development, customer acquisition, and managing sales pipelines.
• Experience in handling tenders, proposals, and commercial ventures.
• Exceptional commercial insight and financial understanding.
• Strong skills in negotiation, persuasion, and relationship building.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A data-driven approach to managing sales, forecasting, and making informed decisions.
• High levels of energy, resilience, and accountability, coupled with a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience within the fuel, fleet, transport, mobility, retail, or financial services industries is a plus.
