This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +3 more states.
• Leading a motivated team of Strategic Account Managers (SAMs), Territory Business Managers (TBMs), and Associate Representatives (ARs) across Ohio, Pittsburgh, PA, and West Virginia to meet and surpass budget targets.
• Creating a comprehensive regional business plan that encompasses targeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Supporting TBMs and SAMs in the business planning process for their respective territories.
• Ensuring alignment on goals, objectives, strategies, and execution for various accounts.
• Gaining insights into the business at the regional level and delivering quarterly sales operating reviews to sales leadership.
• Conducting weekly 4 Discipline of Execution (4DX) calls with the region to communicate weekly priorities and hold the team accountable.
• Spending time in the field with the team to strategize, coach, train, and develop employees.
• A bachelor's degree is required along with over 5 years of sales management experience in the medical device or healthcare sector.
• Experience in an operating room environment is essential.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including both written and oral proficiency as well as presentation abilities.
• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.
• The individual must reside within the specified geography or be willing to relocate.
• Familiarity with the designated territory is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 50% travel is necessary, which may include visits to remote or urban areas, either independently or with other team members.
