This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• The Regional Sales Leader (RSL) is tasked with establishing and overseeing the success of Pivot Bio at a regional scale.
• Directs regional sales initiatives and cultivates employee development.
• Oversees channel partners and offers essential on-the-ground insights regarding product supply management.
• Builds and maintains relationships with key clients and stakeholders while ensuring coherence with internal business units.
• Over 10 years of experience in the agriculture industry, including 5 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, marketing tactics, and forecasting within the agriculture sector.
• Familiarity with agricultural input practices, such as in-furrow and seed treatment methods.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
