• Design and implement a regional sales strategy that aligns with global enterprise goals.
• Discover growth opportunities and address competitive challenges.
• Recruit, mentor, and oversee enterprise account executives.
• Offer performance coaching and encourage professional growth.
• Ensure team engagement and accountability.
• Manage regional sales forecasting activities.
• Uphold rigorous pipeline management standards.
• Deliver precise, data-driven reports to executive leadership.
• Act as the executive sponsor for significant accounts.
• Engage C-suite executives in high-level negotiations.
• Secure long-term agreements.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance teams.
• Facilitate a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
• Provide insights to inform future product development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes.
• Proactively adjust regional sales strategies as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in enterprise software or B2B technology sales.
• Demonstrated success in managing and expanding a high-performing sales environment.
• Consistently surpassed multi-million dollar revenue targets.
• Extensive knowledge of complex, long-cycle consultative sales methods.
• Experience in negotiating enterprise contracts.
• Strong financial insight.
• Familiarity with budget management and intricate deal structuring.
• Willingness to travel within the designated region as needed.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to influence C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and sales enablement tools.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to convert data into actionable strategies.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced organizational environment.
• Exceptional skills in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
• An MBA is strongly preferred.
